On-line Services & Text Messages

SystmOnline allows you to do things like booking appointments and ordering repeat prescriptions at a time convenient to you.     Since 1st April 2015, paitents have on line access to their Summary Care Record  (SCR)

SystmOnline is also available as an app, which can be used on Apple devices (iPhones and iPads) and on Android devices (mobile phones and tablets). The app can be downloaded for free from the Apple App Store and from the Google Play Store. Simply click the relevant logo on the SystmOnline Login page.

Note: SystmOnline is only available from within the UK. You cannot access SystmOnline from abroad.

From the ‘Systmonline’ website you will be able to:

  • View your past and future appointments
  • Book and cancel GP appointments
  • View your current prescriptions
  • Order your repeat prescriptions
  • Complete questionnaires about your health
  • Access your Summary Care Record  ( * )
  • Access to your detailed coded record  (**)

Appointments are subject to availability.

Where there are no appointments available to reserve on line for the same day of booking, patients may continue to visit or telephone the Surgery, particularly where an urgent appointment is being requested.

(*)  Your Summary Care Record (SCR)  contains only your demographic information; your current medications and any allergies that may have been recorded in your full medical record.

(**) Your detailed coded record contains coded information included diagnosis, procedures and treatments where these have been coded within the record.

To access all on line services,  you will need to request an application pack at reception.  Application includes providing two forms of identification - at least one of which must be photo ID.   This strict identity validation is to ensure the safety and confidentiality of your record.

Please speak to one of our receptionists, who will issue a validation pack to ge the process started.   Once verified, the practice will then enable your  SCR on line access.

Note :   If you have previously "opted out" of the SCR programme, the information will not be available to you.

You can now register to receive information by text message on your phone regarding appointments and health care.

If you wish to register for this messaging service please fill out the consent form.
