Your comments will be totally confidential and there is no need to give your name and address unless you would like a response. Whilst we strive to give all our patients the best possible service, we appreciate from time to time complaints arise and will listen to rectify any problems we are notified of. In the first instance you will need to put any complaints in writing and address it to the Practice Manager (Trish Brown)
There is a complaint Policy and Leaflet available from reception that will explain the process to you.
